Groundwater Resource Management Projects for Agriculture

ZGC is currently working with multiple Soil & Water Conservation Districts in northeastern and eastern New Mexico, as well as southeastern Colorado. We have been partnered with the Northeastern SWCD for 14 years and have developed sister projects in Mora, Harding, Colfax, Quay, and Las Animas Counties. We are also partnered with multiple ranches to assist in developing appropriate groundwater resource strategies to match crop and range management plans.

Hermit's Peak-Calf Canyon Fire Recovery
ZGC is working to support our landowners and communities in western Mora County who have been impacted by the Hermit's Peak-Calf Canyon Fire. We are monitoring water levels and water quality throughout the burn scar with assistance from various entities. If you are in or near the burn scar and have questions about your well(s), please don't hesitate to reach out.
